Each service is 12% of the base platform. Fuel and rental are two services each; buy one alone or both together for 20% instead of 24%: a contractor who rents equipment does not pay to rent his own out, and a haulage company with no tanks does not pay for internal diesel. A further 15% comes off for two active areas, 20% for three and 25% for four.
The diesel that leaves your tank and the diesel bought on your card, in one file per asset. The gap that used to be written off as normal waste becomes an investigation task with an owner, an estimated loss and a recovered amount.
An hour that is not documented is not collected, and an hour that is not reviewed is paid twice. Both directions in one module: what you pay the supplier, and what you collect from your customer.
An undocumented trip means a claim you cannot prove. A trip starts by scanning the asset tag, so it is recorded with its location, time, photos and quantities, and any conflict is flagged for review before approval.
What you do with the data once it is collected: ask in your own words and get the answer with its source from your records, and export what you need to your other systems.

Elsewhere the bill rises every time you add a technician to the system, and adding him is exactly what makes the system work. So you ration accounts, fewer people record anything, and the data you paid for gets weaker.

Setup covers tag generation, print files and the specification and fitting guide. You buy the tags yourself or order them from us. We put a copy of the tag on more than one face rather than a spare in a drawer: if one is damaged the technician still scans the other face.

You subscribe to a defined asset capacity, and add and swap within it with no effect on the price. When you reach the capacity you buy more, priced for what remains of your term rather than a full year.
The technician holds no account, but confirms his identity from the employee register before submitting. Every entry is attributed to a named employee in the change log.
Declared at contract and paid annually in advance. An increase during the term is prorated; a decrease applies from the next renewal.
A renewal notice is sent 60 days before the term ends, carrying the price for the next term. The subscription renews automatically unless you tell us otherwise, and you may do so without condition or reason.
Standard support is included in every subscription. Fleets above 500 assets may have a service level agreement with binding response times and a dedicated account manager, agreed at contract.
The subscription requires no tracking devices and no SIM cards. The platform runs entirely on field entry and asset tag scanning.
The integration subscription covers access keys, documentation, event notifications and the retry log; your technical team carries out the work. Connecting an existing system of yours is a separate project priced once its scope and sync direction are defined.
All prices are before 15% VAT. Payment is by bank transfer from Saudi banks with an approved e-invoice.
