Phase One: Data Readiness (First 30 Days)
Start by consolidating and auditing your asset data. The quality of this first phase determines the success of everything that follows.
Do not move to automation before resolving duplication and core data errors.
Phase Two: Operationalization (Days 31 to 60)
Gradually activate incident, maintenance, and handover workflows on a sample of assets, then expand the rollout.
- Train operations supervisors
- Activate QR codes for critical assets
- Run a full maintenance cycle pilot
- Measure initial performance indicators
Phase Three: Continuous Improvement (Days 61 to 90)
Once operations stabilize, begin refining KPIs and expanding the scope of analytical reporting.
The goal at this stage is to make the system a daily part of management decision-making.
